I work recently at CGG Jakarta Processing Center as a Geophysicist to do seismic processing in time (PSTM) domain but mostly in depth domain (PSDM). Since graduated, I have been developing my career in Depth Imaging. I have good knowledge and experience in Migration Algorithms and Velocity Modeling. Some 2D/3D PSDM projects from conventional to advance PSDM technique have been done in the last 3 years.
In addition, I have good knowledge in geology because my minor was geology which makes me able to interpret seismic image and building velocity model.
Part of seismic imaging group, I 'm responsible in parameter testing, result QC, making job for production, and presenting the result to client. However, my job mostly in PSDM projects including velocity model building, horizon interpretation, time-to-depth conversion, well calibration, and parameter testing for migration algorithm and tomography.
As a Junior Geophysicist, I joined the processing team to do some time processing projects. Also, as the only depth imaging processor, I did PSDM test lines for tender purpose.
I started my carrier as a Junior Geophysicist who mainly worked in PSDM projects. My job was assisting the Project Leader by preparing the datasets, picking horizons, testing parameters, picking the residual moveouts, running the migration and tomography for production.
My thesis was "Anisotropic PSDM for VTI Medium for the real 2D Seismic Data".
My minor program was Geology.
