Hello!! It's your friendly team-member Tiffany here; thank you for the opportunity and your consideration for ‘Food-Court Supervisor'.
Time flies when you're having fun…and it shows! A little over a year ago, I started with this exceptional company. There were new and challenging experiences in the world and it was time for a change. I rolled up my sleeves, as a seasonal employee, eager to prove my worth by nothing less than hard work; a standard I've come to embody. Needless to say, I've moved up in the Costco world, not only in position, but maturity and experience.
I began my career in the Food Court; and like my previous history, have spent many hours ensuring that quality and efficiency become daily results. Though I'm currently at a Front End position, I still find myself in that old familiar place whenever I can offer assistance. Put me in, coach! A team is only as strong as it's leaders and it's weakest links, that's why I strive everyday to continue leading by example. I assert myself in challenging roles, multiple departments, and fluctuating skill sets in order to adapt on-the-fly while developing soft skills for future real-world applications.
Accolades aside, Employee of the Month wouldn't mean as much if not for the teammates whom make it possible. But it does insure equity…the wealth of my abilities, the stock of my ethics, and the abundance of my perseverance.
I envision myself in the best fitting for operations. I'm not always the superstar but as a reliable utility, you will find none more determined. As a Supervisor, I would cultivate the best environment for my fellow associates. I would: address daily operating procedures, activate effectiveness against inventory/product challenges, focus driven influence concerning DnD metrics, strategic planning and sales-goal-oriented PMH implementation, increasing overall Productivity, Performance, and Penetration logistics. At the end of the day, we could have always sold more, helped one more guest, or made those around us greater.
