I speak and write both English and Spanish fluently. I've had experience in customer service for 4 years. I have a lot of patience because of my experience with kids. For 6 years before I graduated high school I volunteered different elementary schools. I helped out with filing papers, answering phones, taking care of kids in the playground. I also worked 2 months in Valley Presbyterian hospital , taking vital signs, blood pressure, doing beds, and food charts. For 6 years attended USC for a medical program called med-cor.
I file papers, ring up customers, answer any questions they have, keep the office clean, restock, paper work, and inventory.
I was not only the cashier, i was also the cook, prep,line, drive tru, and would in the lobby room cleaning. I would spend most of the time in the Drive thru taking the orders, and would make sure everything was correct before giving the customer there food.I would be doing a lot of customer service, always trying to leave the customer satisfied.
1 year and half in this school, then didn't get financial aid so had to choose a jr college.
