Being Part of The Toys R US company, helped me gain great knowledge and succed in the customer service field. I started as a sesonal team member in 2011 and was left go after Christmas season. Two months later I was rehired and mainly on the floor sales, I learned to overcome rejection, what customers and looking for in regards to outstanding service, and improved my interpersonal skill anomaly. I Then was put at cashier and then succed at learning on how to connect with a guest in a short time, while handling cash, improving our metrics and insuring our guest had ever need met before they left our store.

I mainly worked weekends and holidays when we were rushed so i adapted and became custom to being fast paced and to multi-task.
