Primary responsibility is to train new Franchisees' the business and make sure they make or exceed their break even to be successful. This incudes everything from marketing the truck with promotional product, how to use trade allowance to help close deals, ask for their payments, properly reorder tools, return broken tools and how to manage their business, with organization and understanding of their statement.
