  • As an internal consulting role to determine expatriate remuneration and advises units on personal tax, social security and international compensation issues.
  • Ensures Group international mobility policy is applied, identifies and manages risk/ensures compliancy and cost optimization.
  • Prepares expatriation terms respecting consistency between regions and on a global basis: For each transfer, will optimize the tax and social security position and fix compensation conditions suitable to each country, making sure that there is global equity between expatriates Prepare expatriate compensation package (tax and social security, goods and service differentials, premiums*), and the assignment contract and cost estimation Agree on expatriate compensation package in coordination with home and host unit HR and regional Daily advice to business units regarding implementation of the international mobility policy.
