Worked in large scale corporation at the Walgreen's company as a Customer Service Representative at the main register and an assistant of the photo technician in the photo department.
Collaborated on many projects which included getting things stocked, filled, moved and readily available for our customers.
In my role as a customer service agent and cashier I also learned skills that made me the top suggestive seller in my district for month after month, maintaining a top ten position for every month that I worked upfront as a cashier.
I learned to work well with different types of people and personalities at Walgreen's and quickly became friends with my fellow co workers who had a spirit of service that I came to admire and respect.
I learned a great deal from my management team as well as my co-workers, I ended my employment at the Walgreen's corporation after close to a year after being promoted to the position of Customer Service Adviser, training other Walgreen's associates and staff on the proper procedures and techniques used to deal with customers on a daily basis.
During this time as Customer Service Adviser our store became one of the highest rated stores in customer service and plenty of those trained under my supervision became excellent suggestive selling Agents at the store.

While working at Walgreen's I simultaneously found employment at the Residence Inn by Marriott Pompano Beach Ocean front, which was managed by Concord hospitality at the time.
Duties were as such: checking in and checking out guests, handling payments via cash and or credit cards, maintaining the mini market in the lobby, handling phone reservations, and making sure that guests concerns are communicated to multiple departments (IE housekeeping, Engineering, food and beverage and Valet).Duties also included inputting and updating vital guest information into our computers and signing guests up for the Marriott Rewards program.
During this time a majority of the front desk team had consecutive Employee of the month awards, received high marks in GSS ratings, and brought prestige to out hotel and hotel management company via social media from pleased guests( trip adviser, Google, etc).Also charged with liasing with Cab companies about picking up and dropping off guests and setting up appointments for guests at different restaurants and arranging for groceries to be picked for guests in house.
Promoted to the position of M.O.D within six months of starting at the hotel.
Responsible for operating and maintaining the hotel during Florida's "high season".
