After growing up in construction i pursued a career in Food and Beverage and loved it. I've briefly had to go back to construction but am looking to reengage in Food and Beverage due to the sporadic nature of the construction field.
i once worked a 12 hour shift off the clock because there was no one to run the grill and i was at 40 hours. Even though state insurance laws do not allow this i did it anyways. Luckily i wasn't injured on the job but it kept a flood of complaints from reaching corporate.
