I have worked in customer service thought my work history. I am very enthusiastic, hard working and have the ability to switch from task to task smoothly. I am very hard working and diligent, I am known for being on time and self motivated. I have spent a few years in the food industry. My Tasks included being responsible for money, ordering necessary items, following budgets, scheduling, and training. I am very detail oriented. In my current job i am held responsible for many tasks. I work in a department which switches tasks on a daily as needed bases. My current role involves helping consumers with there home projects. I am responsible for entering accurate information for requests. As well as tracking team success on excel spread sheets. I am a dedicated customer service representative who thrives in a fast pace environment.
In my working at Taco Bell i was awarded multiple time with employee of the month. Also was give awards for top improvement and Highest VOC ( voice of the customers)
In my working with HomeAdvisor i have been awarded SR Guide on many occasions. Sr Guide is given to top performers every quarter who hit above all metric's in the company. I have also been promoted to a team captain. My role as a team captain was to ensure the team received there daily stats, as well as sending out daily numbers through excel spread sheets. I was in charge of tracking success and creating incentives for the team. As a team captain i was in charge of training and coaching new hires. My roles as a team lead also included allocating calls and taking time of the phone to give manager overrides.
