Wingate Wilderness Therapy is therapeutic program for at risk adolescents and young adults. It is, on average, a 6-10 week program for the students. As a field guide, or Windwalker I live on the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument for two weeks at a time with one co-staff and a group of, on average, 6-10 adolescents or young adults. Staff was required to build a backpack out of willow in which is used to carry all of our belongings. Have knowledge of survival skills, e.g. bow drill or hand drill, how to spot edible vs dangerous foliage, map and compass, and water purification. CPR & First Aid, CPI, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen required. Conduct ceremonious and therapeutic group activities. Build rapport with students and provide a safe listening ear.

Southwest was a mental health facility where HIPPA practices and being a warm first face for people going through a hard time are required. Duties were to; manage clinicians clientele schedule, answer inbound calls in a professional and appropriate manner, make outbound calls for bill payments and appointment reminders, as well as organize meetings with our county attorneys and police officers. Keep in regular correspondence with corporate offices and insurance companies. Order office supplies and manage regular maintenance and safety protocols. Have knowledge and understanding with insurance plans and eligibility. Provide a safe and comfortable place for every person entering the office building and build respectful relationships with patients. Audit clinicians patient notes and ensure that they are clear and meet licence standard. Take minutes office meetings and send them to corporate.
Displayed enthusiasm and knowledge about the restaurant's menu and products. Took food orders and relayed orders to kitchens or serving counters. Communicated with other kitchen team members to ensure food was prepared on time and correctly. Duties were to take customers orders, prepare hot food safely, serve and handle transaction accurately and in a timely manner. Customer service oriented and a great stepping stone into the food service industry.
Requirements included; CPR & First aid certification, Lifeguard certification, and the ability to pass a difficult physical fitness test. Job ob duties were to patrol assigned patron areas. Concentrated attention, knowledge of signs of distress, and the ability to work with a clear head in a high stress situation.

Knowledge and proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, budgeting, supply inventory and ordering, employee scheduling, inservice coordinator, and hiring. I found it very important to be a supervisor that my employees felt very comfortable coming to for any sort of issue they were having, even if it didn't apply to their job. I was still regularly lifeguarding, teaching swim lessons, and water aerobics classes.
