Attend quarterly Coordinator's meetings with GME staff
Assist in seeking meetings and lectures to provide "Faculty Development" and maintain files of faculty attendance.
Acquire necessary application materials, review and sort for presenting to faculty.
Arrange travel, lodging and hospitality, and scheduling for applicants chosen for interviewing.
Submit expense reimbursements for interviewing applicants.
Regrets or acceptance letters
-Arranging orientation, welcome receptions, computer classes, campus registrations for classes other than internal, TEP's or licenses, parking, IDs, etc.
