Southern Westchester BOCES is an education facility that offers various career oriented courses aimed at the adult population. As an employee I hold the position of Office Clerk in the registrar office. As a Clerk I perform various tasks that include class registration, shipment, mail distribution, faxing, mass quantity photo copying, telephone transactions, customer service, record keeping, and an array of other duties that encompass this rewarding but demanding position.
Westchester RISE is a Non for profit organization and an extension program at Woodlands High School. The program is aimed towards students and families that need health, educational, and job employment services/ opportunities. Some of the job duties as a program coordinator were to match clients with prospective employers, setup job interviews, coordinate school oriented events, fundraising, and record keeping.

Mgr.) position which consisted of generating proposed daily sales goals, managing staff through various tasks, visual merchandising, bookkeeping, opening/closing store, bank deposits, coordinating staff meetings and above all displaying professional customer service. The position also consisted of answering a high volume of calls and receiving shipment.
