I implemented an electronic video library to track video shot during production. I scheduled and coordinated all travel arrangements for the entire staff.
The remaining 17 years were spent as the Executive Assistant to the President, Vice President, Controller and Human Resources Director. I made all travel arrangements for the executive staff, placed all openings on our EEO list, and processed all new hire paperwork. On a daily basis I would handle confidential documents including employment contracts and programming contracts. I supervised 2 full time employees and one part time employee.
As an administrator for Retirement Plan Services I assisted bank officers with their assigned 401k plans.
I created plan documents including new hire presentations, quarterly performance updates, and presentations designed toward businesses to show the benefits of 1st Source Bank's Retirement Plan Services Division.
I worked for the senior officer of the division, and for the head of the division. The 401k plans I administered were multi-million dollar plans, with anywhere from 50 to 500 employees. In addition, the officer I worked for handled 20-25 high dollar Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA's) and I would assist the owners of those IRA's in the even the officer wasn't available.
I would speak with company presidents to assist with plan compliance, and with line-level employees to assist with new hire paperwork and distribution paperwork.

I am the Business Manager for Federated Media's Mishawaka radio stations, WBYT-FM, WRBR-FM, WAOR-FM, WTRC-AM and WTRC-FM.
I process a daily deposit for the stations and run credit cards for payment of radio advertising. Weekly, I coordinate all incoming bills for payment by our accounting staff.
In addition, I create and post all job openings, and work with new hires to complete necessary paperwork and training on broadcast specific software. In addition, I conduct telephone interviews with potential employees.
Each month I analyze aging for the stations and follow up with account executives on status of payment from clients. This includes creating payment letters, payment plans, and, if needed, completing collection paperwork.
Every year I run our merchandise store for our rock station at their event "The Big Growl" and for our country station at their event "B100 Birthday Party".
I cover the front desk greeting visitors and answering calls in the absence of the receptionist. I also supervise the receptionist, a full time employee.
