Pulled in a tool install project that was projected to finish a month behind schedule due to a purchasing error. Instrument showed up 3 weeks late and I worked with the tool vendor to establish an accelerated install schedule, and work with tradesmen to make sure all of the facilitation happened on time.
Found an automated solution for a chemistry lab VPD analysis. The analysis used to take one chemist 1 hour to complete per sample. Found an automated solution that would allow the analysis to be ran in the fab in 20 minutes. This resulted in a faster turn around on critical samples which increased up time for all fab tools that required VPD testing.
Wrote SOP and PM procedures that allowed the chemistry department to drop service contracts on Ion chromatography and Inductively coupled plasma instruments. Resulting in a significant cost savings to the lab.
