Worked for Hewlett-Packard in the information hub for the site. Responsibility's included routing any problem tickets and keeping all departments well informed during work procedures or emergencies. My department was also charged with customer service on night shift and was trained to handle service desk calls/ deal with any after hours customer issues.
The job I had before Hewlett-Packard was with Dodson Pest control. I was the Halifax County route tech. This job included sales and service, I also dealt with customer emergencies and rare seasonal problems. This position was the face of the company and while working there I grew the Halifax route considerably.
While with this company I was promoted from the back half of the shift "Thursday-Sunday" to the front half of the shift. The training program is 15 months long and I feel I was 80% complete in the first 11 months. Able to preform non-department related tasks like "reboots and smart hands" for the customers.
This position I was responsible for a company truck, the pesticides with the truck, sales and customer satisfaction. When I began with Dodson the route was $9.800 in monthly charges, When I parted ways the route was over $12,500 in monthly charges.
Graduated with a 3.6 GPA. while working 50 hours a week for Dodson Pest control.
