    • Vetted all new vendors, set up accounts and maintained accounts. Maintained list of authorized users of accounts, negotiated prices for services rendered, and maintained co-operative working relationships with vendors.
    • Proposed and was the key player in implementing new web-based accounting and tenant record keeping software program. Worked with the software company to implement several additional modules to increase capabilities and was the main contact for all technical assistance for all level of employees then customized those modules to better meet the needs of the company.
