Repaired avionics equipment on F 4, F 111, KC 135, A 10 and F 117. Repaired electronic test equipment used for testing avionics from various aircraft. Required to analyze and repair using numerous technical manuals and specs. Required to meet or exceed repair of equipment in a timely manner.
Required to meet all safety standards as set forth by US Air Force and Air Material Command.
Final 3 years prior to retirement exceeded requirements for timely repair, all safety requirements with no demerits.

Formed a corporation with 2 partners, Trilogy Golf, Inc., to purchase and operate Sunrise Golf Course, a 9 hole private golf course located in Citrus Heights, CA. Filled out all required government forms pertaining to various fungicides and pesticides and met with officials to assure course met all environmental standards. Obtained insurance to cover all equipment used on course up to and including mowers, aerators, spray equipment and vehicles. Ordered and obtained various sprinkler equipment including sprinklers, pipe and timers.
Maintained membership rolls for 300+ members, over 450 golfers, and maintained list of corporate members for 42 companies with 10 members on each application.
Was in charge of various golf tournaments including our annual Invitational Tournament with up to 128 golfers over a two day period. Obtained various tee prizes from local and county wide merchants and constructed ads for their companies that were posted throughout the golf course on tournament days. Oversaw after tournament dinner and monetary prize presentations.
Filed all tax forms and corporation papers in a timely manner covering entire time of operation under our ownership plus approximately 6 months after sale of operation to new owner when he asked for help with various lists and membership rolls.
Ran operation of restaurant and lounge for approximately a year and six months until they were sublet to another operator. Purchased all foodstuffs required and obtained liquor, beer and soda from various merchants located in the local area. Oversaw up to 8 employees at a time, assigning work schedules and doing payroll and required taxes.
Over the time of our operation the golf course was improved every year and was good enough for the Sacramento Bee with reporter Gary Voit, to publish a page and a half article with pictures entitled, "A Jewel In The Suburbs." Also received an award from the Northern California Golf Association for the newsletter that was written every month during our ownership.
Golf course was sold to new owner, John Altman, in January 2004.
Asked by owner John Altman to take over management of Sunrise Golf Course Starter Shed. Duties included payroll, scheduling of employee work times, working as a starter for up to 40 hours per week and writing monthly email newsletter. Notified owner of all communications pertaining to equipment repair, electrical and water bills. Obtained the services of various personnel to repair sprinkler valves as required by City of Citrus Heights, CA..
Left employment when operation of course was purchased by new owner.
