Interested in a position where I can utilize my supervisory skills, educational and work experiences. I worked hard throughout college to attain my Bachelor of science degree. I am a dedicated, ambitious highly qualified individual that has always done my best at any position I have worked.
Throughout college I worked full time and carried a full load and consequently did not have the opportunity to become involved in many outside activities. I did however learn a great deal about working with people, which has enhanced my interpersonal skills. I also became good at time management so that I could excel in my studies as well as in my job.
I have worked in restaurant management, as a program coordinator, as a teacher, as a substitute teacher, as a waitress and cashier.
In 1989, I took the position as program coordinator for the early education program at the Developmental Center of the Ozarks. When I began I supervised thirty-four staff and fifty-five exceptional educational needs children. In my work I was responsible for certified staff, classroom assistants, foster grandparents, volunteers and students.
I believe my truest assets are the experiences I have had working with people with unique needs and challenging myself to meet their needs, both academically and emotionally. I have learned and utilized many management techniques, which are productive. I am reliable, enthusiastic, and a caring individual.
