  • Place customers ambient grocery totes in the grocery holding area by time slot selected by the customer for pickup.
  • Add totes with cold and frozen items to the refrigeration and freezer units.
  • Prepare wheeled tote carriers for the next food picking run.
  • Continue to move all orders up the holding area as other orders are getting picked up.
  • When the customer sends the alert they are on their way, the ambient orders are moved close to the door of the pickup parking lot area.
  • When the customer sends the alert that they have arrived, their cooler and freezer items are retrieved and added to the rest of their order.
  • The entire grocery order is then wheeled out to their car.
  • The order is reviewed with the customer, the customer signs off on the order, and the groceries are loaded into their car.
  • Customers also place general store orders.
  • Upon arrival, the customer signs in at the Kiosk located at the store front, they are greeted and checked in.
  • Their order is retrieved, taken to them, and reviewed.
  • The customer then signs off on the order.
  • When needed, pick the customers food order, help the general merchandise department restock, move, and top load merchandise.
