I have no outstanding job achievements. I do go above and beyond what is required of me rather other workers do or don't. I like to have a clean place to work and feel that I am safe around work with foodborne illnesses and other problems that may occur.
Responsibilities included: washing all dishes, cleaning floors at end of night, wiping down all equipment, occasionally bussing tables. Prepping: prep all food, sauces, or anything needed for the day. Date and tag all things made. Help unload truck and put away all inventory.
Responsible for inserting adds into paper Monday-Saturday. Quota was 600 and hour was achieving 950-1100 and hour. Had route that was suppose to take 2 hours took me 1 hour to get done. Responsible for going and collecting and keeping records of newspaperes at stores and machines.
Worked as a cook at night usually with someone else. Responsible for checking all date tags making sure they are correct. Rotating sauces and anything used for that day. Prepping meats and vegtables for the week.
Polish granite oounter tops to be installed for clients. Cut out templates from stone to be polished.
Delivered pizzas to customers in a timely manner. On time with delieveries most of the time. Help cook the pizzas and make. Help clean up at end of night.
Responsbile for sanding cabinets and frames of cabinets. Had to do so many a day and usually do more than what was required. Helped do installs and stain certain cabinets.
Cooked hamburgers to order for customers. Made sandwiches to order for customers. Clean all machines, mop & sweep floor. Worked everynight from 4pm till 1-2am.
Responsbile for helping cooks dish out food to soilders on Ft. Knox. Keep the mess hall clean at all times and responsible for washing all dishes at end of each service including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Started there as a dishwasher. Was very clean and made sure all my dishes were clean before putting away and kept my area free of all debris and any thing I could trip on or slip on. In about 6 months was promoted to a head cook. Had to work hard to prove I deserved the position. In charge of managing the other cooks and making sure everyone stayed on task. Responsible for cleaning all appliances and cleaning floors as well as making sure everyone else did their jobs as well.
Completed two semesters. Took basic foods, Business Management and Finances, and Sanitation(Certified in Sanitation by New york State). Recieved and 85 on state test. Finished semester with a 2.8 GPA.
