Provided day to day management and leadership, facilitating expansion of services into ten additional counties (BRADD area). Integrated and aligned site with corporate strategic goals and policies/procedures; ensured compliance with all regulatory agencies. Managed all aspects of clinical care, hiring & training of staff, supervise all staff building strong, cohesive team. Managed budget & vendor contracts for area office. Assisted with outreach into area hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices as well as provided marketing and education to communities served. Census rapidly grew to over 50+ patients served daily. Assisted with presentation, implementation and training of this project. Revised original marketing plan which identified barriers and opportunities for growth in an effort to expand services and increase awareness of hospice.
