Role Responsibility: responsible for all for all aspects of training for newhire, compliance, and continuing education for all lines of business, which includes course development, training delivery, and management of a team of 52 trainers for 7 sites both onshore/ off-shore sites.
Role Definition: responsible for leading projects to drive efficiencies, continuous development for a team of 25 trainers in 4 onshore sites/ 1 off-shore site to ensure consistent delivery of business expectations for all lines of business, as well as partnering with business leadership to support/ meet business strategies.
Role Responsibility: Focus on Trainer classroom, virtual, and blended learning delivery to a diverse audience of learners for multiple lines of business within the organization. Management focus for this role - 4 onshore sites/ 20 Trainers - analyzing and addressing performance metrics during newhire/ post transition to provide continuous improvement to operational standards/ expectations.
Role Responsibility: deliver classroom and virtual instructor-led training sessions with high credibility, professionalism, and exceptional facilitation skills; adapting to a variety of learning styles to create a successful learning environment. Own end-to-end projects and drive necessary changes to align with business needs.
