Took over technical support in July, 2013. Revenue has increased 100% year over year during my tenure.
Responsible for introduction of new navigation product into business-to-business market. Also began handling government and some retail accounts in August, 2012. Duties include direct outside sales, customer liaison with marketing and product teams, and development of sales forecasts and programs.
All global sales at GPS tracking systems provider. Duties included partner development and education, direct sales, proposal writing for both technical and sales portions, development of large international opportunities, marketing support, and recruitment, hiring and management of the sales administration team.

Accomplishments included large international contract with a software solutions provider, and sale to a several accounts within a specific transportation vertical that represented for over 50% of the industry in North America. Handled global product line of GIS data and services. Duties included proposal writing, contract negotiation, sales projections, prospecting, and product pricing. Worked unsupervised from a home office.
Sales representative responsible for selling technology and communications services. Services represented included local and wide-area networking, phone systems, proposal writing, consulting, and relocation.
Direct sales representative for Geographic Information System services company. Services sold were capturing imagery and creating roadway databases using mobile mapping technology. Responsible for a territory covering all or part of five states. Duties included prospecting (including cold calling), presentations, proposal writing, customer support, and sales reporting and projections.
Sales representative for computer systems services vendor. Accomplishments included imaging contract with a federal agency and GIS document conversion project with a large local government. Primary focus was in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) services, with support provided to systems engineering and document management systems. Principle responsibility was direct sales. Other duties include developing marketing programs, bid and proposal preparation, production liaison, and some production planning and quality assurance.
Managed technical sales staff responsible for recruiting, educating and providing support for international network of dealers representing document conversion services. Accomplishments included expanding support and recruiting staff from one to five, and expanding dealer network by over 50%. Duties included revenue forecasting, sales and marketing program planning and development, project management, production scheduling, direct sales, and serving as Geographic Information Systems services manager.
