I have worked in Geriactrics of many levels for 36 years. Beginning as a Nursing Assistant, Medication Tech, and promoted to Management as Director of Memory Care with my most current employment of 3 years. My passion and development of dementia skills for the elderly has enabled me to experience the implimentation of a successful Memory Care Program. The importance of providing a secure, nurturing, enhancing, & positive environment for our elderly with dementia is challenging and exciting for me. I hope to have the opportunity to share my skills and assist with the growth of your organization in a Memory Care Program.
