Teach and train standards to available staff members who also assist the cadre department in maintaining accountability of classroom standards. Teach and instruct Team-building to cadre and staff. Knowledgeable in different forms of skills to maximize the effect of team-building in staff training and cadet according to The National ChalleNGe Institute.
