I have a basic knowledge of hardware. I can install ram chips and hard drives. Install and remove power supplies. The basic concept of software installations and removals. The clean up and general maintenance of personal computers. I don't know all of the technical names, but if theres a problem I can usually get the equipment up and running shortly.
