I have worked in the Customer Service environment for the entirety of my adult life. I have cultivated a firm rapport with all of my customers and enjoy it very much.   • During my time in Travel Claims I was given the position of Terminal Area Security Officer, which required me to make sure that all military and civilian members were using there computers appropriately, i.e.
  • not on unauthorized web sites or recieved appropriate training on security when it came to email and social media.
  • During my tenure I volunteered for many additional things, up to and including, Toys-4-Tots, Standing guard at USC Football games and the Emmy's, and hosting Foreigner on Twentynine Palms MCAGCC.
