I worked for a non-profit counseling organization. I greeted clients in a professional manner everyday. I checked them in with their counselor and handled their payment. I tended to all the manager's and counselor's needs. I made all the office phone calls for setting up new clients as well as scheduling/rescheduling current ones. I was in charge of 1,000+ clients. I attended weekly staff meetings, took note, assigned rooms for counselors, ran the office calendar, sent out emails, attended work events, and followed a strict HIPAA law protocol. I did daily data entry for grant funding.
