Every career that I have had the opportunity of being a part of has dealt mainly in customer service. All of which have been one on one with the customers in dealing with sales and information. Communication is key. It is how I thrive in a work environment.
My position involved working with & through Humana to help set the customer to a Medicare or Medicaid plan that best suited their needs and budget.
My responsibilities included knowing an adequate amount of information about all in-store products in order to help best fit the products to the customers needs. I, also, traced orders and answered calls concerning the merchandise. Other duties included organizing and cleaning the store, as well as restocking and coming up with new display ideas.
