I feel that I would make a great employee because I have had many life experiences. I read a lot of books and do research each and everyday. I am constantly learning new things and educating myself both with history and modern day life. As the world constantly changes we all must become more adaptable, each and everyday something is changing. Being on time, being up to date on latest policies, trends or made aware of current issues are important. As mentioned earlier with my health , I know that it sounds like I maybe useless with only working small hours but I am confident that when I am working I can get more than the average person expects while I'm doing my job. No matter what the job is I am always trying my best . I make sure customers are satisfied and I perform to the best of my knowledge. I am a fast learner and can resolve issues in a timely manner. I do not consider myself better than any other staff member but do have the confidence in myself that I can be a great addition for your teams organization.

I am always dedicated to my job duty. I try my best to get a long with all employees and be a team. I have had many different experiences working for over 9 years for the National Military Park Visitors Center of Gettysburg with different types of ethnicities , learning different cultures which helped me understand the needs of certain customers better. My down side currently is that I have a serious medical condition. This does not consistently hold me back but for the time being I can only work a certain amount of hours and days per week. I have always had good feedback from prior managers about how fast I catch on, how much I've helped areas that needed improvement,educating and training others and were very loyal to the hours that were given to me. I always establish with the manager or to whom ever it may concern about my health first because I would not want to be a waste of time to anyone's industry but I have strong faith in myself that even if I cannot work as many hours as the average person I can certainly be of assistance with your staff and honor I every word of that. This does not mean I will be in this condition permanently but as of October 2020 I amcurrently still getting treatment. With that being said here are my main points:

My passion is always to help others whether it be with getting resources to housing, domestic violence or being a business manager who helps resolve customer concerns and improve experiences.
I had originally enrolled in this online college to learn about pharmaceuticals as well as medical terminology but due to misinformation and cost many students and I discontinued this program. I still carry a lot of familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical information.
Information technology remainsa passion for me that I feel would be better with hands on training .I had started these courses and have credits for them however, I discontinued the program for lack of information from the University as well as no accessible hands-on training within my vicinity. I still carry many IT skills and can be helpful with computer software,viruses, and network issues. I plan to return to an on campus program to become more advanced and experienced hands on.
I will be starting this new program on October 20th,2020. Some of my IT credits were transferable to this new program as well as some from my Human resources program. I have passion for the environment, my goal is to help wild life or become and oceanographer. The climate is constantly changing and I strongly believe there are ways that we could contribute to helping slow down our earths deterioration . Science has come a long way and I am highly excited to someday become a part of the team.
