I work in the healthcare field. After being in my position for months, I was asked to take on other centers within my area managers territory because I was able to be efficient and streamlined.
That was 7 years ago. I now train for my field and work extremely hard to pull in new business, streamline new guidelines and procedures and I train others what I do - on site and in person in their centers.
I am extremely efficient and foresee needs and try to find ways to more efficiently do the jobs at hand while looking ahead to see what other ways I can assist all in my team.
