I am a first year pharmacy student studying at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. I will be graduating in 2019 with my Doctorate of Pharmacy. I begin classes for this journey in the fall of 2015.
While employed at The Sweetest thing, I provided courteous and informative customer service in an open kitchen format. Also, I frosted and decorated cakes, cupcakes, pastries and cookies for the bakery.
I have taken courses to complete my undergraduate requirements for the pharmacy program at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. These include inorganic and organic chemistry, physics, anatomy, biology, economics, and psychology. In the fall of 2015 I will begin taking courses in the School of Pharmacy to earn my Doctorate of Pharmacy. During my undergraduate studies, I was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. I ended my undergraduate studies with a 3.12 GPA.
In high school I was the captain of the girls track team, the football cheer squad, and the basketball cheer squad. I was a member of the National Honor Society. I was a peer tutor for chemistry 1 and 2, as well as a variety of mathematics courses. I graduated magna cum laude.
I took courses at Kaskaskia College during my high school career. I was enrolled in Spanish, computer courses, English composition, public speaking, and math courses.
