Working at Starcrest began my career in customer service. I learned how to answer phone calls properly and clearly. I also learned office etiquette. Working at Dollar Tree made my customer service improve because not only did I work the cash register but I also helped customers personally if they needed help finding any in particular. I also had to count money at the end of the day to make sure everything was correct. When I started working at Southland Transit Inc., I was able to use my experience answering phone calls. Aside from my duties, working at Southland Transit Inc. has also given me the opportunity to do other tasks such as training in the call center, dispatching, and also trip edit. While I was learning trip edit, I was also able to learn billing. My work experience with the company and the training I have received make great qualifications for the position in billing.
