Customer Representative managing multiple projects with excellent time management.
I started at XPAC as a data entry clerk for the receiving department and currently am a customer representative. Some of my responsibilities are to ensure customer satisfaction, product arrives in timely manner and is enter into our system promptly. Also responsible for paperwork pertaining to shipping product overseas along with ensuring all custom paperwork is in order.
I set up company show planner, worked with all departments to ensure customer and company needs were being fulfilled. Assisted with weekly meeting to ensure all departments were on schedule and labor needs were being met. Also updated and linked clients storage contracts and inventory to their main files in system. Accessible to all entitled employees. This project increased revenue substantially for company and helped organize warehouse which also saved time and money. Helped with customer service and receptionist relief.
