At All Jeweled Up I planned and executed Training Events across the country for business development and growth.
I developed training programs for new "designers" (consultants).
Volunteered on the Orem City Summerfest and Chaired the Baby Contest Committee. Each year we had over 600 participants with 600+ supportive and proud parents in attendance. My responsibilities included location and equipment rental and management, advertising, judges and judging procedures, procuring donations and awards and event execution.
Community Service is important. I have served as PTA President, Chaired many Civic and Church Events with 300+ in attendance, City Youth Sports Team coach and Political Event committees.
Live Well Market is a Health and Wellness Company. I coordinated with the Daily Deal Companies for special promotions as well as presenting Corporate Wellness programs to businesses in Utah. My focuses included Expert customer service, Customer Experience training, and Counseling with individuals to obtain their weight loss goals.
Live Well Market has a large online presence. I created an amazing Customer Experience plan and implemented it with our Customer Service Experts with proved to be a huge key to the Companies success.

At All Jeweled Up my focus was around the training of our "Designers" or consultants and the planning of Individual and Corporate Events. I created and taught the training program to all new Designers. I also traveled the country training and Recruiting new designers as well as planning and holding opportunity meetings and conventions.
I attended Advanced Careers Institute as a student in Dental Assisting. When I completed the Educational program I was hired to manage and train Dental students in the Front Desk operations for Dr Kenneth Molen DDS. This training included patient scheduling and time management, insurance filing, supply orders and managing of office resources, and money collections.
I started as a Sales Associate and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 5 weeks. My responsibilities included Employee work schedules, inventory control, floor moves, opening and closing register procedures, and Customer Service.
