Recently transitioned from the United States Army as the accounting manager and a culinary specialist in the Army Executive Dining Facility in the Pentagon. Aided in providing fine dining, catering, and event support for the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff of the Army, Sergeant Major of the Army, and other illustrious guests. I also had the opportunity to study abroad and provide daily meals for thousands of United States soldiers. Gained experience in food preparation, purchasing, ration control, and dining facility oversight. Look forward to using the experiences I have acquired in the military in the world of hospitality.
