I have great people skills and i also have a great deal of experience working in a call center! I enjoy interacting with all types of people and am a very fast learner.
Every time i had a difficult customer i would always do what ever i could possible to help them get the situation resolved.
At this job i set up Scope of Appointments with the Insurance agents and then confirmed the appointment with the beneficiaries and then called the agent back and gave them the appointment confimation number. In the result that the appointment was confirmed the agent would be able to go to the clients house or meeting place and they would be able to discuss the various types of insurance, and then make their choices on what they are happy with.
