I entered my first job when I was sixteen, working for the same company owner of Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Subway. Within this two year experience I became skilled in customer service, and I've been growing ever since. I realized I enjoyed satisfying and pleasing people, therefor I continued on with this desire and moved up to restaurant business with Ruby Tuesday, which I've been employed for a year, and decided to change course with the food industry, and branch out to another form of customer service, still dealing with people. Throughout the past three years, I've gained experience and knowledge on how to approach an angry customer and still satisfy their needs without complaint. Along with that, I've learned how to not run into that problem with a customer being disappointed.
Accumulated my credits earlier than the average student so I was able to graduate a semester earlier. Managed to keep a GPA of 3.5, and voted for "best personality" sophomore year. Didn't have one titled position, I mastered every assignment, and tried to help the team as well.
