I implemented the usage of computers for all recording and filing of all real estate records of the Union County Clerk's office which included E-recording and implemented the computerization of the payroll system. I upgraded all the voting machines from lever type to electronic voting machines which automatically read and tabulated votes. As Clerk, I developed a manual for the Clerk's office for the employees for proper business procedures and office policies.
As the County Clerk, I was responsible for the filing of all real estate documents, probates, marriage licenses, conducting all elections, purchases for the County Clerk's office and maintaining all permanent records. In addition to that, I was the payroll officer for 19 years.
