I currently work for kingman regional medical center which I am one of the head cooks on the a.m. shift. and I have been employed through them since 2010.
Previously I was employed through cerbat lanes which I was also the head cook of the P.M. shift and i was employed through them from 2006 through 2010.
I also worked at blue beacon as a bay attendant and was employed through them for about six month as a second job in 2007 to 2008 and worked the graveyard shift where we did maintenance, repairs, and cleaning the majority of the shift due to it being the slower time of the day.
I've won employee of the month in march of 2011.
I was also runner up for employee of the year in 2011.
I have won multiple silver dollar awards from the C.O.O. of K.R.M.C.
for different jobs that i have went above and beyond with.
cook and prepare food for the patients going by their diets and food restrictions in a timely and in a professional manner
i also do the ordering twice a week on mondays and thursdays for all the food that comes into the kitchen
take orders from the customers in a professional and friendly manner prepare and cook the food to meet their expectations deliver the food to the tables clean and break down the line in the kitchen and clean all the dishes at the end of the shift and make sure all prep work is done for the next shift working
direct the trucks into the bays start washing the trucks in a timely manner making sure you are doing it to the company and the drivers expectation
on the down time when trucks aren't being washed i did a lot of maintenance and repairs to the equipment in the bays .
