I'm looking for a job that I can feel good about going to daily friendly team working environment, that I can learn from and possibly add to, I am comfortable working alone if the situation calls for it, but in this industry it's mainly team oriented, I'm eager to learn new and exciting things and adding to my array of skills
Opening and closing the kitchen, cooking tickets to order and helping with breakfast shifts till i was skilled enough to take on the responsibilities of lead breakfast cook a few days a week

Started as a dishwasher and worked my way up to the pizza line then to the steam line opened and closed the kitchen

counted and stack and strapped bundles and gotmailing orders ready for mailing and schedule making
Maintained updated knowledge of local competition and restaurant industry helping to create new menu items and daily specials based on knowledge of clientel.
