Deal directly with client's on a day to day basis to establish their expectations in relation to customer negotiations.
Distribute work among commercial collectors, set goals and ensured said goals were hit, often by establishing contests and using other motivational tools.
Supervise commercial and consumer groups to ensure monthly, weekly, and daily goals are hit.
