Mother to children with special needs/disabilities Home － Iona, ID
I am a mother and sister to individuals in my life with developmental disabilities. On a daily basis I use my skills I have learned over the years to encourage them to push further than others see they are able. I continuously keep them on track with practicing their behavioral techniques to function better in the community. I set schedules and figure their budgets for their Family Directed services outside and inside of the home. I make sure everyone involved is on the same page and we are working towards the same goals.

While teaching preschool I learned how to run a preschool class that had centers, snack time, and play time. While tutoring I learned different skills to keep kids with special needs focused on their work and doing the best of their abilities.
High School Diploma : PsychologyWilmington College － Wilmington, OH, United StatesWhile I did not graduate due to the birth of my oldest daughter I did study for a year at Wilmington College. While there I took an Early Childhood Education class as well as Psychology and Mass Communications.
Up until recently I was a co-leader to a local Girl Scouts troop. That taught me better time management skills and how to keep a large group of children occupied and engaged.
Since February of this year I have been involved with a local non-profit organization that helps raise money for different places in our community.
