Conduct new hire training to cover system and policies and procedures. Completed Instructor Led Training: Instructor Role to become LMS Support. Conduct recursive training for Billing Operations Specialists. Developed Softheon manual which consists of 663 pages; currently maintain the manual with any updates to the orgainzations or processes. Developed Softheon Final Exams for Enrollment, Billing, and Policies and Procedures. Maintain the exams with any changes of learning content. Partnered with training team to develop the syle guide for our team to utilize when developing content. Assisted in developing new hire training rebuild. Developed and implemented the 68 page Softheon Appendix to share with new hires during training. Recently developed and implemented Mini Session Trainings for the Billing department; recorded a session through Zoom for the employees that missed the training. Continuously support and update changes that need to be made to our new hire training content.
