Overall, I am enthusiastic about working this summer in a job that I can make some summer money and help out a company that I believe in. I am willing to do general office work including scanning, organizing, helping departments in data entry as well as mailings. I am proficient in Microsoft office including excel, power point and word. I am personable and could help out with satisfaction surveys, checking clients into appointments, as well as making reminder phone calls and general office work.
Spent the summer working at our city community garden. Spent time planting, weeding, and selling the vegetables and herb that were grown. Helped with outreach marketing to the community as well as delivering vegetables to the local purchasers.
Babysat three children while parents were working. Played games, and engaged them in activities to keep them both occupied and stimulated.
Aided the production crew in using cameras to video record community events. Helped set up, film and clean up from the production. During the following year of school learned to use IMovie for editing. As well as researched video techniques.
Volunteer giving service to people in the community. Help with yard work, making picnic tables, moving families out and into their homes as well as snow removal and other tasks as directed.
