I have worked in the automotive field since I graduated from high school my main field of work has been in automotive and truck hard parts,I also have many years of retail experience I enjoy working with commercial accounts helping them to solve parts problems they come across on a daily basis. It is also a fun challenge to help retail customers find the right part for the right job no matter how big or small. For the last three years I have been employed with Advance Auto Parts running the commercial parts program .Some of my responsibility's include inventory control, driver routing and scheduling ,outside sales and returns.
when I made the transition from retail to commercial sales I turned a $500.00 a day in sales to a $1500.00 a day program of which most of the customers i had then are still with me to this day after 8 years .I have certain customers that will follow me no matter where or who I work for I feel that this is because of the way I treat my customers I feel that I not only work for my employer but I mainly work for my customers .
