Written Communication Skills - My written communication skills parallel my verbal communication skills in the numerous professional interactions. I have prepared appraisals, policy proposals, business plans, procedure lists and contract language.
Economic and Real Estate Knowledge - I have developed a great deal of knowledge about economic development generally with specific knowledge about Tulsa property development in the apartment, lodging, office, retail, industrial, and residential markets through extensive interaction with active participants in these markets and access to detailed data on Tulsa economic progress and real estate appreciation.
Research Skills - My research skills are well established by countless inquiries involving interviewing people, querying databases, querying search engines, examining blueprints and schematics, reading books, academic journals and legal materials, and analyzing financial, legal and historical records.
Supervisory Skills - I have personally trained and supervised the development of new colleagues, advising them on where their efforts need to be directed and reporting to superiors on training progress.
