Goal-oriented and self-motivated [
5 day course covering actions and responsibilities of a command fitness leader, fitness programming, injury prevention, basic nutrition and exercise physiology, as well as various administrative tasks and duties. Physical training sessions were also included .
Basic techniques focusing on form and injury prevention. Included key movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebelling.
Lead physical training for up to 60 service members at any one time.
Track and log individual fitness levels to ensure compliance with Navy standards and advising adjustments when necessary. Also provide one on one training to motivate individuals lacking in basic fitness knowledge.
Provide highly specialized technical training to Navy warfighters to support decision superiority.
