Coordinate multiple service release projects including required research, origination of corporate and reverse mortgage assignments, coordinate signings and notarizations, add corresponding status codes in AS400 system, ship copies to corresponding parties, and ship original assignments to county recorders offices.
Delegate work to co-staff to ensure completion upon required deadlines.
Prepare weekly report on excel spreadsheet providing current status of projects to corresponding third party lenders.
Conduct extensive research to locate original Note for clients.
Generate LNA (lost note affidavit) if unable to locate original Note.
Work with notary to fully execute LNA's and review for completeness and accuracy.
Work directly with manager and vice president on developing effective game plans for upcoming project execution.
