I currently have a little less than one years experience as a collection representative. I am FDCPA certified by the American Collectors Association. It is important to me to not only hit my goals set by management but to set my own goals I set above their expectations. I am highly analytical, deadline-driven collector who completes tasks with accuracy and speed. I pay attention to detail, finding new information as well as weeding out mistakes. I find balance in the work that I do, whether it is skip tracing to find someone or calling the known phone numbers I do have, I am able to achieve roughly one hundred accounts worked per day as well as taking other inbound phone calls, helping others and completing other tasks. I am team oriented, which I learned not only from working in a collection agency but also from working as a server.
I believe it is important to properly train your coworkers so the entire company can be more productive and also makes my job easier once the trainees learn. I have been known to be a leader in my jobs, as well as a helper. I was raised to be dependable, reliable and always respectful. My hard work has gotten me far and I will continue to work hard to achieve more.
